Wentworth 1 Primary Care Network (PCN) is a group of seven GP practices working together to provide high quality care for our patients in Rotherham. We are committed to providing excellent patient care and experience and to making a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of our local community. We were established in April 2019 and we are proud to be part of the NHS family.
